Fire destroys Bridgeville building housing restaurant service station
About 100 Bridgeville volunteers battled a early morning blaze that leveled a two story frame building housing Swain's Restaurant and a service station with apartment above. Damage was pegged at 240,660. Two firemen treated for smoke inhalation. no other injuries. Fire started in the apartment, owner suspected.
