A 49 year old Cleveland man told Magistrate Sheffield he was a visiting fireman after being picked up by Sgt. Shook for intoxication. He was found not to be a fireman and has prior arrests. sentenced to 60 days in jail. Theodore L Devine of Frederick also received a 60 day term after similar charges.
