Loveland to head FCC public relations
Susan H. Loveland of Hedgesville has been named public relations director at Frederick Community College. The 46 year old educator and former Berkeley County public schools info chief starts July 2 as assistant to FCC President Dr. Teed Betts. She aims to teach one class later and relocate to Frederick.
