Rail shipments to Berlin halted by U S army action
The U S Army halted rail shipments into Berlin for American residents to avoid Soviet inspection. A Berlin bound freight train was pulled back from the Soviet zone at Marienborn rather than let Russians inspect its cars. If continued, 10,000 U S personnel in Berlin will be supplied by air.
