Fouche named county chairman for 1983-84 March of Dimes
Frederick County March of Dimes held its annual meeting June 13 naming Jerry Fouche as 1983 84 chapter chairman and Dons Delanter as wire chairman. Sandra Trout and Charles F Trunk III will be treasurer with a large slate of directors and officers elected to two year terms.
