Conowingo Md June 17 a car crashed into a parked truck near Conowingo Dam killing 18 year old William Keys of RFD 3 Ox and injuring 45 year old Howard Stewart of Oxford. State Police said the onscene investigation cited a St Ignace Michigan driver as the other involved.
