Cohens Summers honored for services to disabled
H. Gayle Shaffer presided at the Frederick Treatment Center ceremony honoring Mr. and Mrs. Albert H. Cohen for building donation and ongoing support. H. Thomas Summers received the Campaign Chairman Award for valuable services to the disabled in the 1982 Fall Campaign, guiding a nearly $7,000 fundraising effort.
