Adults only eviction bid tests mobile home policy
Los Angeles court refused to halt an eviction filing by a mobile home park owner against Steve and Barbara Zipp over an adults only rule. Judge Weil left open the Zipps’ challenge in Municipal Court while noting state law allows such restrictions, and urged a formal proceeding. The case mirrors broader questions before state higher courts on legality of child bans in housing.
