Youth Sentenced in Car Theft Case
A 16 year old Frederick County boy was sentenced to six months in Frederick County jail after a Magistrate's Court hearing. Frank Albert Brice pleaded guilty to unauthorized use for stealing a 1960 Oldsmobile from Julien Delphey's garage on Abrecht Place May 30 and wrecking it, then returning it to Brashears' garage. The arrest followed witness accounts and license plate details.
