Rabies vaccine test under way with raccoon trials

Acheir Butler 101 Dies at Home in Knoxville
Acheir Eugenia Butler aged 101 of 4918 Burkittsville Road Knoxville died Sunday June 13 at home. Wife of George W Butler who died in 1977. They married June 6 1916. She was born August 15 1897 in Burkittsville. She and her husband ran the Butler Holland Farm until 1968. Survived by two sons Reginald Butler and Randolph Butler with Madeleine, six grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Belonged to Mount Zion AME Church Knoxville and served in multiple church roles. Interment details not provided.
