More than 85 percent of Frederick City and County residents who answered a one day poll favored the Downtown Development Plan. Of 314 ballots received by 9 a.m., 267 supported the plan, 57 opposed, with 178 city residents among the Yes votes. The coupons will be presented at the Mayor and Board of Aldermen meeting at City Hall at 7:30 p.m. tonight.
