FFA State Contests Held At University of Maryland
FFA state contests were held May 10 at the University of Maryland College Park. Catoctin Chapter participated with multiple dairy, livestock and judging teams. The Dairy team placed third and will compete in Richmond Virginia in September in the Dairy Bowl. Individual placings included Allen Bassler second and David Fit seventh. Livestock Judging placed 10th with Terry Fogle 10th individually. Vegetable Judging came in seventh. Roxann Rogers was sixth individually. Dairy Products team placed sixth. Andrea Myers was 18th individually. Poultry Judging team included Paul Cisar Kevin May Kevin Cogan and Tom Lambert with May 14th and Lambert 18th individually.
