Transient receives one year term in East Street case
The Long House of Correction sentence is meted after a disturbance on East Seventh Street. Thomas Bragen, 829 Octet Endkng it of Seer, was sentenced to one year by Magistrate Patrice M Sennauffer. Officers reported Bragen intoxicated and involved in a street confrontation, with additional arrests for disorder and vagrancy.
