Hood Alumnae honor two Frederick natives
Hood College Alumnae Association honored two Frederick natives at a Saturday luncheon. Ruth Carty Delaplaine received the Alumni Achievement Award for community contributions and longtime Hood loyalty, while Charlotte Baker King earned the inaugural Distinguished Alumna Award for professional achievements and service.
