Police arrest Foltz for traffic violations in Boonsboro
Foltz Brian Travis Foltz 21 of West Water Street Smithsburg was arrested after failing to stop for a Maryland state trooper on Md 66 near I 70. He was charged with resisting arrest driving while revoked and speed. He resisted arrest before being subdued and taken into custody. He had not appeared in court as of Friday morning.
