A two to one ruling favored the defendant in a July 15 1953 accident at South Market and South streets. William A Winebrenner sought 50377 from E J Braum claiming damages. Braum’s side argued both drivers claimed green lights and the judge ruled the evidence did not prove who had the right of way. A tractor trailer turning onto South Market was cited as partial blame.
