He urges graduates to pursue peace guided by ethics and a national ideal rooted in Christ’s teachings. Commencement honors Bishop Shehan and Judge Bernard Condon with Doctor of Laws degrees. The event at Mt. St. Mary’s College featured processions, remarks, and a celebratory dinner with clergy and graduates.
