Receivers Sought for Molmotor Machine Co Case
A bill of complaint filed Saturday asks for receivers to take charge of and sell the Maryland and Delaware Maryland Motor Machine Companies. It seeks a full investigation, dissolution if needed, and recovery of misapplied assets amid alleged fraudulent stock transfers. The court set June 17 to show cause, with service by June 7. Complainants include Wertheimer Chapline Hayward Winebrewer Buckey and Naylor family stockholders. Kehne as president is named. Attorneys are Leo Weinberg Matthias Buckey.
