Outdoor program teaches energy care at Greenbrier Park
More than 300 seventh graders from Ballenger Creek Middle School joined the Greenbrier Aquatics Studies Program at Greenbrier State Park for a five station outdoor lesson on water quality habitat trees and fossil fuel pollution. Potomac Edison staff explained coal burning and acid rain while forest service rangers described energy conservation and outdoor environmental education.
