Judge Mason of Virginia Arrested After Porch Incident
The so called Judge T. F. P. Mason of Leesburg Virginia spent the early morning in jail after an alleged fancy driving incident and porch smashing in Kleinhart’s alley about 10 o’clock Thursday night. Officers traced Mason to a house near Sixth and Bentz streets and placed him in custody as he attempted to start his car. He has a long local court record including drunken driving and related charges. Trial set for tonight at 7.0
