Frederick veteran crafts bottled ships for living
John Frazier, a 39 year old disabled veteran and former Vietnam War combat medic, builds ships in bottles from a bedroom workbench. He spends hours on each model, sells them through a local shop and by word of mouth, and has earned awards for notable pieces like a Noahs Ark replica. He hopes to expand to a full scale model ship repair business.

GOP redistricting plan keeps 6th District unchanged in Maryland
Maryland Republicans proposed a congressional redistricting plan creating two black majority districts and a possible gain of two seats while keeping the 6th District largely intact.
