The second meeting of city and county officials on zoning the one mile belt around Frederick City was to be held this afternoon at 3 o'clock in City Hall. Frederick County Commissioners, the Board of Aldermen, city officers, and representatives from the Frederick City Planning Commission and the Frederick County Planning and Zoning Commission will attend. The group planned to decide who will actually do the planning for this area and noted Frederick County will finance the zoning while Frederick City retains zoning jurisdiction and policing powers.
