Fishing Law Case Is Heard In Brunswick Court
In Brunswick last night seven local cases were heard by Magistrate H Reese Shoemaker Jr. A fishing with improper licenses charge against Kenneth L Warren and June Warren ended with guilty verdicts but suspended sentences and $20 collateral refunds. Warren was described as a resident by Fitzpatrick citing an Angler’s code section, while State’s Attorney Barrick argued for six months. Other Brunswick cases included driving while intoxicated fines, child support orders, and a ring theft case. A 1784 note mentioned the first cotton shipment eight bags.
