Grove and Foland hearing delayed for witnesses
A preliminary hearing for Harve T. Grove and John McFoland was postponed to next Wednesday at 2 pm to allow time to summon witnesses from Philadelphia and Hagerstown. Prohibition officers, arresting Grove and Foland for finding thirty barrels of toilet water with over one half of one percent alcohol, attended the session. Bail remains set at 1500 dollars for both defendants.
