Five defendants draw jail terms in Frederick Circuit Court Monday
Five defendants appeared in Frederick County Circuit Court Monday. Among them, Andeea Misner of Gettysburg was sentenced to 96 days in jail for selling marijuana, with 18 year old Misner placed on three years of supervised probation and required to undergo counseling and drug screening. Also jailed were Jerry Steely and Dayid Stutely for marijuana sales to undercover officers, while Milam Halph Shaffer Jr received a suspended sentence for possession and Robert Dewees got a 44 month term for assaulting a state highway employee. several sentences included credit for time served and weekend work constraints.
