McGolerick Takes Stand in Fire Trial At Barn
Donald A. McGolerick testified on his own behalf as two witnesses said they saw him start a 1966 barn fire. He explained why he went to the Frederick State Police barracks in January 1967 after police came to his home. State Police argued his check marks on a fire list tied him to the incidents. The defense pressed questions as McGolerick remained on the stand, with Brightwell and Siler recounting statements and cross examination continuing.
