Motorboat Propeller Wounds Swimmer on Potomac River
Herman Lange of Hagerstown was cut on the left leg by a passing motorboat propeller near Shepherdstown on the Potomac River. Lange was diving when he surfaced and was struck by the propeller of Ray Gisding’s boat from Middle Town.
