Trouble Over Baby Before Grand Jury
Baltimore July 28 Frank Hilliard a 19 year old from Lorton Virginia faces grand jury action over a baby dispute. Hilliard contends the nine month old girl is his boy while Ruby Millican mother of the child swore a kidnap warrant but later said she would not press charges. Detectives chief George Mintiens and State's Attorney Anselm Sodaro planned to present the facts to the grand jury and consider a blood test though not conclusive for paternity. A 17 year old visitor Joseph Wright remains in jail as the case awaits the jury. The location involved a Baltimore beer garden where Millican and others were present.
