Finksburg Man Killed In Crash Of Stolen Auto
A Finksburg man, Edgar William Ward, 20, died when a stolen 1956 Chevrolet station wagon crashed on Md. 27 near Westminster. Police say Ward ignored officers, speeding, left the road, hitting five guard rails and later died of a broken neck. He left a large family and worked at Westminster Nurseries. Funeral in Westminster.

Ten year old survives eight days in Yosemite wilderness
