Mixed Wheat and Soybeans Edge Higher on Demand Hopes
Wheat and soybean futures finished mixed on the Chicago Board of Trade with soybeans supported by expectations of tight supply and strong demand ahead of harvest. Corn slipped modestly while other grains held near prior levels as weather forecasts for the Midwest weighed on prices. Live cattle and lean hog futures rose on the CME while feeder cattle and pork bellies showed mixed moves.
