Carroll County man Eugene George Spahr 27 of Sykesville died Saturday afternoon while installing a Citizens Band radio antenna on the Winfield Inn roof. The 13,000 volt contact with a high tension line triggered alarms. he was airlifted to Baltimore City Hospital and pronounced dead. Autopsy pending at State Medical Examiner.

Frederick man charged after East Fifth Street shootings
