Man Says County Narcotics Raid Beat Him, Files Complaint
Sean Butler 28 of 2605 Boss Arnold Road says county narcotics officers beat him with a gun during a raid at his home last week. He required seven stitches for facial lacerations and says the incident occurred as officers searched his room. Twenty people were arrested in the July 16 raid.
