Frederick psychiatrist withdraws appeal over home office on North Market
Dr. Anthony Garofano, who sought to treat clients in a room of a 19th century house at 823 N Market St, withdrew a Frederick County Circuit Court appeal less than two weeks after filing. The zoning board denied the request on June 19 citing residential integrity and potential neighborhood changes, while the house and lot were put back on the market.
