Two Charges Filed After Auto Hits Pole
Police filed two charges against Roy Edw. Baugher of Frederick Route 5 after his car struck a North Market street pole causing about 200 dollars in damage. He allegedly left the scene and displayed plates from another vehicle. Officer Carty investigated the 1 40 a m crash that sent the car 100 feet to an electric light pole.
