A six man State police raid over the weekend fined numerous motorists in Frederick and Buckeystown for speeding above 25 miles per hour and other infractions. Fines ranged from 1 to 25 dollars. several individuals were cited for no operator’s license or no registration card. Notable fines included William J. Shankle 25 dollars, Russell Thomas 10 dollars plus 10 for separate charges, and Monroe Staley 5 dollars.

Two Autos Collide at Feagaville Intersection
Near Feagaville yesterday morning two autos crashed at the Mt Zion lane and Jefferson pike crossing. The Dodge owned by Thomas Clevenger and driven by Walter Clevenger carried four people and a small child, while a Ford from Baltimore with three men on their way to Harpers Ferry sustained front axle and wheel damage. None were hurt. The impact occurred about a half mile west of Feagaville.
