An unidentified man suffered fractured legs in a motorcycle car crash at the North Market and 14th Street intersection Saturday evening. He was admitted to Frederick Memorial Hospital. Police say the investigation continues with no more details available Sunday night.
A cold front moves east this morning bringing drier air by tonight and Tuesday. Western Maryland counties see mostly cloudy to partly sunny skies with highs 80 to 85 and a chance of a thundershower. Tonight cooler and less humid. Tuesday sunny and warm. Maryland mountains enjoy pleasant temps in the 70s with lows in the 50s. Drying conditions good to excellent today and Tuesday. Rainfall last week exceeded normal, but deep soil moisture remains low, worst since 1983.
The National Weather Service predicts Tuesday showers from Oklahoma to the Mid Atlantic coast with additional showers in south Texas Florida Georgia Alabama and the central Rockies.

Treasure hunter Mel Fisher and Treasure Salvors crews report a five foot high reef of silver bars in the Florida Straits near the 1622 Spanish galleon Nuestra Senora del Atocha wreck. Divers recovered hundreds of 75 pound silver bars along with copper ingots and coins while court battles and storms marked years of effort.
