Frederick Advocate urges policy shift to boost growth
Advocates warn against aggressive enforcement of minor auto violations, urging Chamber of Commerce to inform visitors instead. Frederick should extend Second Street into a boulevard, widen avenues, and develop hard roads to spur county prosperity and attract tourists, industry, and new residents. Local leaders, landowners urged to back park-like meadows and strategic street improvements to revitalize the city.
