Adamstown residents urge plan change to curb industrial sprawl
Madelle and Dan Tolbert of southern Frederick County urge Frederick County Planning Commission to scale back General Industrial zoning in the Adamstown region. They cite pollution, quarry growth, and traffic harming wells and air, urging preservation-minded revisions and a halt to perceived land-speculator driven expansion. They note political pressure and urge commissioners to protect quality of life.
