Gordon Ro Skwne, candidate for county commissioner from Walkersville, on Thursday backed Frederick Citys demand for a tax differential from the county. He called the issue absolutely essential, arguing city residents bear heavier taxes for county projects and services with little return. He urged cross party support for Major Youngs plan and extending the differential to all cities and towns in the county.
