Frederick City Police arrested a Silver Spring woman outside X Hale early Friday for disorderly conduct. Officer First Class Bull Burton tried to calm a verbal argument at 1:15 a.m. Rita June Swartz shouted profanities and was warned of arrest before being taken in and later released on personal recognizance.
