IBM funds youth computer class at Family Partnership
IBM provides 112 hours of word processing instruction for Frederick youths at the Family Partnership computer learning center on Hayward Road this summer. The four week day program, running July 6 to August 20, aims to boost basic communication and keyboarding skills to help students at risk of dropping out, with support from Maryland's Tomorrow Program and the Community Foundation of Frederick Counts.
