Two Arrested After Disturbance at North Star Lunch

Police charged Henry F. Virts 23 with destruction of property and Howard F. Virts 03 with dis orderly conduct after a disturbance at the North Star Lunch on West Seventh Street Monday. Henry Virts was jailed on 1 1950 bond after hospital treatment for cuts. Howard Virts jailed on 9 bond. Trial set in Magistrate's Court. Warrant by Frank Gebhart of North Star Bank.
