Baltimore July 17 The FBI announced the arrest of Heinz dieter Baron von Schoenermarck a German native who had been a Frederick Maryland radio announcer since 1941 He was arrested by an FBI agent and a state trooper on a complaint charging him with fraudulently claiming U S citizenship and with using the alias Brandon Roberts He admitted using the name travelling without authority and lacking proper alien identification Bail set at 10000 and he was jailed pending removal to Baltimore for grand jury action
