Proceeds of 1400 from Imogene L Herie estate were reduced by 247.97 in disbursements including 125 attorney fees 70 brokerage 4150 court costs 10 for publication and 1.47 revenue stamps. Remaining 1152.63 was divided into 28.01 shares to nieces Dorothy W Horme and Madeline X Miller and to nephew Gerald F Yorine and Edwin S Panetti as administrator for the estate of the deceased nephew. Inheritance taxes 86.40 deducted. For Newton T Horine estate 1400 proceeds reduced by 254.97. Remainder 1143.03 divided between two daughters Made line K Miller and Dorothy V Horne and a son. Gerald F Horine and Edwin S Panetti as administrator for Robert F Horine. Each heir received 28.26 shares. Inheritance taxes 11.44 deducted.
