Breaking, Entering Charged To Youth
An 18 year old Frederick youth, Dennis M. Blackston, was arrested about 6 a.m. as he came out the back entrance of the Claude H. Hall residence at 909 Motter Place. He faces breaking and entering charges at both the Hall and Hartman residences. Police intervened after a call from Myrtle L. Hartman around 5:50 a.m. and later found Blackston at the Hall home. No items were reported stolen. He was taken to District Court for arraignment. trial date not yet set.
