Dope King to Serve 18 Years in Prison
Dope King Gagliotto, once a poor immigrant barber, receives eight extra years on top of a ten year sentence for alleged dope peddling through trusted agents. He remains jailed on a $27,000 bail, owning cars and a home but refusing to meet bail. Three co defendants also receive prison terms, including Frank Conorona with five years and fines, while Frank and James Ingram draw two years each.
