District Attorney Suku of Nassau County admits witnessing that at least one person saw the shooting of Mrs. Jiourge Bailey through a window of Dr Edwin Carman’s office nearly two weeks ago. The revelation promises to clarify the mystery tomorrow as the case proceeds.

Several children witnessed the preparations and called for help but he died before aid arrived. His brother Lewis F. Snyder of Siegried was murdered by an employee last winter.
Philadelphia scene reports Daniel B. Wiegner aged seventy-nine died after a three-story plunge from his residence at 2343 North Tenth Street. He had been blind eighteen years and suffered mental decline.
