Accident on West Seventh Street injures driver and damages pole
Frederick City Police reported an accident on West Seventh Street near Grant Place at 917. Plulp M Hickman, driving a 1981 Pontiac, lost control near the curb, struck a power pole and split it. He was treated and released at Frederick Memorial Hospital after losing four front teeth. Two passengers were in the car.
