Contempt Case Started Against Accardo In Senate Probe
Washington AP reports contempt of Congress proceedings opened Friday against Tony Accardo Chicago underworld boss. Sen McClellan seeks a court ruling on Fifth Amendment use to avoid answering questions. Accardo refused about 150 actions, including birthplace and citizenship.
