Boy on Bike Hit by Car in Maryland Accident
An eleven year old Germantown boy, Francis Anthony Brown, was hospitalized in Sandy Spring after being struck by Floyd Eugene Burns of Damascus on Cedar Grove Road. He sustained leg and upper body lacerations and burns. No charges were filed. The accident was reported by the Rocksile outpost of the State Police.
